We hired Driftwood Mechanical to do three different jobs for us. We liked the professional approach Justin and his team took. Appointments, quotes, and invoices were sent out using professional software. I liked that the appointments told us the names of the people showing up and that the people showed up when they said they would. They were polite, friendly, and hard-working, and never made us feel we were in the way (even when we may have been). Many times Justin and his main guy on our job, Mike, said “It’s not done until you say it’s done.”. They fixed any issues that we pointed out (crossed tubes and zone valves that were missing because they aren’t part of a standard installation but we’d asked for them).
